Dr. med. Hasan Tahsin KEÇELİGİL was born in 1960 at İstanbul and graduated from İstanbul University Medical School in 1984. He worked as an practitioner at Yenicekent Health Foundation (Buldan-Denizli) between 1984-1986. He completed his surgical training at the end of 1991 at Yüksek İhtisas Hospital in Ankara. He have been working as a staff cardiovascular surgeon at Ondokuz Mayıs University Hospital since 1992. He worked as an observer at St. Johannes Hospital in Dortmund (1997) and Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (1999).

Dr. KEÇELİGİL is married. His foreign languages are English and German. He is interested in listening classical music, reading and writing poem, travelling, following the literature which related investigation of natural environment, space and planets.
